Resumen
El siguiente artículo busca acercar la comprensión evolutiva a la práctica clínica.Se especifican para esto los aportes teóricos generados por Robert Kegan y sus etapas del desarrollo. Posteriormente se abordarán casos clínicos analizados con esta mirada. Se expresan así momentos de cambios evolutivos en los casos, para hacer resaltar las transiciones entre niveles del desarrollo. De este modo se señala como, en la práctica clínica, las intervenciones deben cambiar en función de las necesidades evolutivas de los pacientes, alentando los procesos en curso. Por otro lado, se hace alusión a cómo evitar intervenciones que estanquen estos procesos.Abstract
The next paper has the aim of exploring the evolutive comprehension of clinical cases. Following this objective Robert Kegan´s model is explained with its developmental stages. In this context, clinical cases are exposed, which are analyzed by this view. There are shown moments of evolutive change in the cases, with the target of express the transitions between levels. Furthermore a reflection is generated pursuing promote interventions coherent with the evolutive needs of the patient and, on the other hand, avoid interventions thats tagnate these processes.Páginas 23-36
