"Desvivencias" in adolescence. Different psychic functions of the drug use in adolescents

Resumen

El presente trabajo pretende describir el tipo de intervención clinica que se realizaen el CAID de Getafe, en el marco de un programa de prevención con adolescentes consumidoresde drogas. Partiendo del ejemplo de un caso concreto se señalaran algunas característicasgenerales de la adolescencia actual, para describir después los rasgos principalesde la demanda de los adolescentes que acuden al CAID y el tratamiento desde un encuadrepsicoanalítico centrado en el sujeto y en los determinantes subjetivos que conforman las distintasrelaciones con el objeto droga determinadas por la función psíquica que adquiere paracada sujeto. El trabajo finalizará con la referencia al "sujeto preadicto" acuñado por Korman(2007) y con algunos recortes clínicos como ejemplo de alguna de estas funciones y algunasde las cuestiones derivadas de la intervención realizada en estos años con los adolescentesatendidos en este dispositivo de atención a drogodependientes.

Abstract

This work aims to describe the type of clinical intervention that takes place inthe CAID of Getafe, in the framework of a drug consumption prevention programme withteenagers. Taking as an example a specific case, certain current general features of teenagerswill be pointed out, in order to further describe both the ones related to what they demandwhen coming to the CAID and the treatment from a psychoanalytic setting. This frame ofintervention focuses on the subject and the subjective determinants that make up the differentrelationships where drugs are considered as an object, and that are determined by thepsychic function adopted by each subject. The work will be finished by making reference tothe "preaddict subject" coined by Korman (2007) and with some clinical examples of thesefunctions, as well as some of the issues arising from the intervention carried out in these lastyears with adolescents treated in these units of attention to drug addicts.
